Who We Are...
Cabo 624 is a team. David is the head bartender, with 25 years of experience, and is passionate about crafting unforgettable cocktail experiences. Carolina is responsible for event planning, marketing, and assisting with the creation of personal cocktail menus. Our journey has taken us behind the bar at top restaurants and resorts across Los Cabos, Mexico, and California.

As seasoned head bartenders, we bring expertise, creativity, and warmth to every event. Our specialty lies in tequila and mezcal, spirits we respect, understand, and love sharing through tastings, curated cocktails, and personalized service.
